The CorePortfolio sm provides a Total Return method of growing your wealth. It is very disciplined, easily understood, and based on unique market insights not offered anywhere else.
Your investment portfolio should contain a core set of investments that grow in value every year.
Investors at the Core, select investments that grow and replace them with better prospects when they no longer perform.
Be an Investor not a gambler.
Know what you are doing and why. Buy what is working now. The Core Method sm is a proven way to find those investments.
Focus on performance. Measure it, regularly. The purpose of investing is to see your investment portfolio grow every year. Hold only those investments that continue to grow in value.
Do not fall in love with your investments. Any of them. Know what will make you sell any or all of them before you buy. Use the Core Method sm to do this and apply it consistently.
Judge your progress this way
Absolute performance: is the value of your portfolio growing over time? The answer should be yes.
Rate of return: The amount your portfolio grew in say a year, divided into the total value at the beginning of that year. Is that amount (as a %) bigger than the inflation rate after tax. If it is not use the Core method to make changes to get the rate of return up.

Anyone who has an IRA (Independent Retirement Account) or a 401K Employee Pension plan, a Variable Annuity, or who invests in a Mutual Fund inside or outside these vehicles cannot honestly say they have completed their due diligence until they have checked with this site.
These days there is so much information easily obtainable on the world wide web that you can easily be swamped with data. Data is not information. This site sifts the relevant data and reveals the actionable information needed to succeed.
Should you follow Jim Cramer on Mad Money, or Neil Cavuto or Dylan Ratigan on MSNBC or Suze Orman or any of the other financial gurus in the media? These gurus are media creatures. They don't know your personal circumstances and are more often oriented to giving you “hot” trades. Be an Investor, not a trader.
This site will show you which mutual funds are currently performing best. If you own a fund and it does not appear in our listings then it is not a top 40 performer in any of the 5 time frames we monitor. That should make you think about whether your money is working best for you.
We update these rankings at least monthly.
There is no other place you can get holdings information that is as current as we supply not even on Investors Business Daily newspaper. We don't just rely on SEC filings which are very out of date, but we make a great effort to ferret out the very latest holdings of the successful funds in our top 40 list.
We will report to you a fund letter score to indicate the freshness of their holdings. An A means the data we obtained is less than a month old. E means that the data supplied may be so old that the Fund may even be in violation of the legal reporting requirements.
Financial planning oriented towards retirement planning or education funding or any other goal oriented strategy cannot succeed if you don't consistently hit your portfolio growth targets. In real life we all have events that intrude on putting money to work in an investment: house buying, birth and death, education expenses, food, clothing and entertainment and so on.
The Core Method sm will give anyone a realistic method of making sure you achieve the best growth rate for your financial assets so that you can actually achieve your life goals.
